What it does

A versatile 60 × 60 mm platform for package-scale hotspot and cooling experiments.

TTV10 is a compact thermal twin with four main heater zones, six dedicated hotspots, 16 integrated RTDs and four backside NTC sensors. It supports realistic thermal profiles with up to 2,000 W total package power while remaining straightforward to integrate into laboratory test setups.

Engineering problem solved

Move from assumption to controlled, repeatable evidence.

Small package studies still require controlled spatial loads and accurate sensing. TTV10 replaces improvised heater blocks with a calibrated, repeatable package platform that can emulate both broad heat regions and concentrated hotspots.
